w9966cf Driver

Hello, everybody.

I would first like to thank Peter Pregler, Gleicon S. Morales and Wolfgang Scherr for input on docs. (I haven't been able to post and later read email, due to isp expiration) However I have now managed
to create a driver for my Lifeview Flycam Supra LPT webcam.
It uses a generic winbond w9966cf interface chip and I suspect that many cheap lpt-webcams also rely on this chip.
Please check out the drivers and help me get in touch with other owners
of this type of camera. I'm also wondering about namespace policies etc. since I'm totally new to kernel module development.

Is it ok. to name my private, static functions & data etc.. however I like?

Also if anyone can help me clean up the module
interface so I both can compile it as a module and statically into the kernel I'd be grateful. I also need help creating a kernel patch.
