Well, yes, *IF* it was a driver writers guide rather than an application
programming interface, then you could choose to interpret it as correct
but incomplete...

If you define color from the POV of the substance (what he absorbs) vs
the viewer (what he sees), then indeed black is white, and you would
also be correct there.
