I am not familiar with your card.
If you know which modules you require then have a look in.
/lib/modules/2.2.*
You may find that the modules you require are already there.
You need to edit your /etc/modules.conf file to load the modules you reqire.
There is a script file xawtv-config (or something like that) which will tell
you what to enter.
You can try (logged in as root) /sbin/insmod bttv.o card=48  or /sbin/modprobe
bttv
I think 48 is your card number.
This infos a bit vague but it may help.

The kernel source files should be found on your RedHat 7.0 cd.
If you need them you may be better off getting the latest stable kerenel.
