Yes, 3.32 isn't listed on the index page.  Go to
http://beta.strusel007.de/linux/xawtv/listing.html.
The changelog is up-to-date too.

I'm rewriting some xawtv internals right now, that's why the
latest versions are a bit unstable and/or not announced on the
index page because they are incomplete (like 3.31 which had
no v4l2 support).

I hope 3.32 is fine, althrouth I suspect some bugs left.
v4l2 works again, and so does bktr.  If you want a stable
3.33 release, give it a try.  Some has to trap into all
the bugs *grin*.
