XawTV has a few display methods, GrabDisplay and Overlay are the ones we'll
look at.

Basically GrabDisplay takes the frame from the card and sends the image to the
video card like a standard image.  This is software mode basically, and thus
when resizing the window you will in effect get software resizing.

Overlay is neat, the video stream goes pretty much straight from the tuner into
your video card, where it's plopped on the screen at X by X coordinates.  Thus,
when you resize the view you are resizing it with hardware.

Overlay I've had a couple problems with, mostly with old AccuView cards or non
standard bt8x8's, but for the most part it's clean sailing.
