I'll test it sooner or later, but not now because I can't connect to internet on Linux with "Internal" ADSL modem. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jacek Pop³awski" <jp@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <video4linux-list@xxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, January 20, 2001 10:41 PM Subject: AVerMedia neverending story... > I was really suprized when I read Changelog for latest bttv: > > * enabled the avermedia tvphone audio hook. switching to stereo > should work now. > > the problem is - switching to stereo works perfect with tda9840 chip, > after changing: > > gpiomask: 12 > > I write about it some weeks ago, and there is "12" in bttv-cards.c now, > so for example bttv-0.7.52 works perfect > > bttv-0.7.54 seems work well too, but after I quit xawtv - the sound is not > muted, so I must "rmmod bttv" to switch it off > > I don't know where avermedia_tvphone_audio is needed, but it isn't in > AVerMedia TV Phone 98, at least in my model, with tda9840 > > -- > Turn round slowly > Tell us what you see > Oh no - The fly got the spider > And now he's chasing me "Otherworld" - Ronnie James Dio > > > > _______________________________________________ > Video4linux-list mailing list > Video4linux-list@xxxxxxxxxx > https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/video4linux-list >
