Requires a special tuner.  Haven't seen a card that will decode that yet, there may even be different formats.  The closest I've seen is the HiPix DTV-200 from Telemann, which can tune HDTV MPEG-2 signals and store to a hard drive.  I heard a /rumor/ that somebody was working on a v4l driver, but can't confirm it.
