[V4L] bttv: Capturing alternate pixels

Hi
I need functionality in the bttv driver to allow me to capture a subset of
pixels from the frame grabber. For instance, to capture only alternate
pixels to allow us to have a wider field of view on a smaller buffer. Any
ideas on how we may add ioctls/other functionality to the bttv driver to
allow us to do this?
