I've heard WinTV Go is a pretty new card, and there may have been some trouble supporting it. However, I get the impression you're using RedHat's stock kernel. Don't do that. I'm using a WinTV model 401 with plenty of success, but the important thing to remember here is: Don't ust the kernel bttv. It's an old hack. If you're not familiar with configuring & compiling your own kernel, please read the kernel howto. Then visit http://www.strusel007.de/linux/bttv/ - aquire and install bttv 0.7.47. You will need to patch your kernel with the new i2c stack from the lm-sensors project before you do this. It's not as hard as it sounds, but if you really want to get this done, you'll need to do it. > I am trying to do video streaming onto a website. > > If anybody can recommend a video card that will work > with this kernel for video streaming applications > it will be helpfull. I don't think any capture card will work with that kernel for video streaming applications. But I repeat myself. - Eric
