I think the application that he is looking for is called "camserv".... This is a free OSS package that can be found at freshmeat.net. You don't need to install the un-OSS Real Networks software to accomplish this. This works with Netscape but not with IE I believe though. If you wanted to go all out, do a search on this list and you will find information that was submitted by Justin Schoeman. He gave information on howto stream MP1E data. This route will give you video as well as audio.
