Visually, at least, I've got a 4 port ethernet controller in the shared slot right above the sound card (old AWE32 Gold), and the WinTV right above the ethernet card. The BP6 has been the best motherboard I've owned bar none. I *think* my habit has been to enable V4L in the kernel and then compile bttv separately. Don't recall for sure what i did last. And chances are it doesn't make a difference.
