LifeView FlyTV Prime 30 FM NTSC saa7130

Hello I recently purchased a LifeView FlyTV Prime 30.  I applied the following patches from http://bytesex.org/patches/2.4.23-2/ 20_v4l2, 30_video buf, 31_i2c, 31_ir-input, and 31_tuner I was unable to use the kraxel patchkit because the compile would error out when it reaced an ide module.  I then used the saa7134 0.2.9 modules becasue the video4linux1212003 snapshot would error out when compiling a cx?????? module. After clsoe inspection my card I know that it is NTSC it uses the saa7130HL and it is LR138 Rev. H.  I have managed to get all the modules loaded and the /dev/video* files are created.  The problem is that xawtv only shows snow.

Here is my dmesg output for the card.
Linux video capture interface: v1.00

Now I realized the tuner type was incorrect and modprobed the saa7134 with all the Philips NTSC tuner types (2, 17, 42) but xawtv still was nothing but snow.

xawtv error stream:
This is xawtv-3.90, running on Linux/i686 (2.4.23)

/var/log/syslog (while xawtv runs)

So I am guessing that I have a card that hasn't been added to the list of cards supported by v4l2.  I was hoping somebody could help me out with this, I am a freshmen in college and just finished my first intro to programming class so I know some C.

Thanks A Lot!
