I can't see any mention of it in Documentation/video4linux/bttv/CARDLIST .
http://bt848x.sourceforge.net/intro/card.en.html mentions successful use in
Japan with Solaris 8... :-/

I'm afraid it was bought a long time ago (when I used to run FreeBSD), and was
bought as a generic device then.  The box is long gone, and the manual in a
pile of things somewhere, but I'm sure it's a simple Taiwan-English one page
effort ("Plug it in!  See it work!  Marvel!").
