I am trying to record a piece of video script under linux Red Hat 9.0, and my camera is Intel USB video camera III. Do I need to find a driver for linux to support this webcam? I tried to search from www.intel.com but didn?t find anything. If the driver is necessary, where is the right place to find it ?

Thank u very much

Try google for "intel usb camera driver linux".

The Intel USB Video Camera III is touted to be supported by the spca50x driver. I checked Intel's website and came up with a model number of CS330 for that camera, which is listed as supported at http://spca50x.sourceforge.net/devices.html so that's at least a start.
