Amplifier, DVD player, CD player, VCR ... not exactly a pristine RF
environment.

Is the saa7134 tuner available on cards in north america? I have a
Radeon All in Wonder on a seperate win2k machine on a different cable
feed and I see the same noise on the same channels, so I'm wondering
if there's an issue with the ATI tuner.
