unknow bt878 card

hi all, i am using a bt878 card from an unknow manufacturer, after lot
of test, i have discovered that the card works whit card=37 (Prolink
PixelView PlayTV pro) an tuner=37 (LG PAL (newer TAPC series)).

anyway, whit this conf, the card only seems to tune half of the channels
i can tune with my tv. i am in spain, PAl standard and i get the tv
signal from retecal (cable provider)
