I would like to write a small program that only changes the channel of a
bttv card. I know that v4lctl and the like do that already, but they
depend on having X installed and I don't (or rather can't in this case) do
that. The kicker is that I have never actually coded in C before, so this
is going to act also as a springboard for learning C. Can anyone
reccomend a good tutorial on USING v4l in a C program (I found one that
looks like its how to code in features to v4l) or perhaps a very simple
starter program that uses v4l that I could tear into (I tried xawtv, but
it was a little much) Thank you.
