Re: Multiple and different capture cards in one system

I have a bt848 card and a bt878 card in the same system. Running bttv 0.7x. In the auto probing, it overrides the tuner= of the module options for one of the cards. I am doing still capture so don't do audio at all. xawtv works fine with both cards (with no audio).

its possible to have multiple cards of the same type, but is it possible
to have different cards that might require different module arguments (ie.
card=) ? I'm using bttv-0.9.11 with kernel 2.4.22. Loading bttv without an
argument works with the exception that the tuner is not correctly detected
and I cannot change channels.
