Look at Zoran 36060/36067 drivers - these cards (particularly Pinnacle 
Miro DC10+) makes use of SAA7113 as video decoder chip for analog->digital 
videosignal conversion.
But what you are expecting to get from it? This chip, imho, only allows 
to control itself via i2c bus, and all the video samples must be placed on 
the machine bus by some other means (ie Zoran 36067 PCI chip).
