handle changing the frequency without v4lctl.
It can easily be modified to add the IOCTL for mute
as well.

Installing xawtv just to use v4lctl seems silly.

P.S. the saa7134 is now working fine for me after

thanks. I'm still in userland. To use a non well working driver for a
year seems silly to me. Why may I have done it for 9 months now too :)
