pixelview + bttv

Greetings,

     Is there a way to fix my simple problem there are white/green horizontal lines at the 
right end of the picture, plus a small green line at bottom right. It's hard to describe but 
i got some screenshots very small.

     I'm using Pixelview PlayTV Pro Rev. 9D. NTSC i live in the Philippines.
