channels all off by 1? bttv prolink pixelview playtv pro

I'm using a Pixelview playtv pro with mandrake 9.1's default bttv
drivers.... has anyone seen an oddity where all of the channels are off by
one?   the real channel 5 is shown on channel 6, etc.  any solution to this?
