Thanks. I figured out that settings norm field in video_channel structure to 3 
solves the problem. This if for sure problem with AverTV Go card which I've 
bought recently. I don't know why it is working only with PAL-NC settings. I 
live in Poland and the specification on the box suggest that the card is 
using PAL-DK+BG standard. Maybe this is card bug?
