My Hauppauge Win/TV pci with FM radio still does not work.
In fact, I am unsure if I have ever had proper radio reception
with this card.
Try with both simple=0 and simple=1 (patch applied of course) and report.
e.g.
rmmod bttv; rmmod msp3400; insmod msp3400 simple=X; insmod bttv
