Possibly true, but when I can buy a region free DVD player for the
equivalent of $70 thats not been my main interest 8). My remote is a very
nice little black infra-red ps/2 keyboard mouse that doesn't look at all
out of place with the remotes.

If thats all you want to achieve then probably.
