I got the same problem with the Flyvideo2000 [ NTSC, card=3, tuner

try to find some way to not set /dev/radio0 if you have something like radio_nr= in modules.conf - remove it

saa7134[0]: registered device dsp2
saa7134[0]: registered device mixer1
- I can see something like that,
but you have it missing

Anyways, passing a lot of arguments to the saa7134 module:

video_nr=0 vbi_nr=0 dsp_nr=1 mixer_nr=1 tuner=39 card=3 audio_debug=1

i just got this:

Dec 23 19:08:26 pumba kernel: saa7130[0]: registered device video0
[v4l2]
Dec 23 19:08:26 pumba kernel: saa7130[0]: registered device vbi0
Dec 23 19:08:26 pumba kernel: saa7130[0]: registered device radio1

No mixer or dsp references on kernel messages.

Any suggestions?

Desperately:
option tuner type=39 (I had to define it for both - tuner and saa7134 modules)
Maybe try oss_rate, and other number of dsp.
Do you use emu10k1 tools?
