Close.  The saa7130 can't do any tv sound decoding.  The 7133 can do
the in NTSC land used standards, the 7134 can do the for PAL used ones,
and the 7135 can do both.  The audio stuff differs alot because of that,
beside from that the chips are basically the same.

snapshot-0.2.1 doesn't have an entry for SAA7133 so you will need to add it
to saa7134-cards.c, you will need to experiment with the values appropriate
for your card.

Video should work out-of-the-box.  Audio needs some tweaks.  I'll look
into this next days, I recently got a sample board + specs.
