You're in bad luck, it's one of the 'old' DC10 cards, DC30-like. You
could try the current CVS driver (branch ZORAN_VIDEODEV_2, on
sourceforge, project 'mjpeg'). Overlay works, MJPEG capture not (yet) -
that's currently being worked on. See mjpeg-developer@xxxxxxxxxxxx for
more information. If you want to try it out, grab a recent kernel
(2.4.19 or newer), checkout the driver source:

cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/cvsroot/mjpeg login
cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/cvsroot/mjpeg co -d
driver-zoran-new -r ZORAN_VIDEODEV_2 driver-zoran
cd driver-zoran-new
make
./update dc30plus

Again, for more info, see the MJPEG developers' mailinglist. It's said
to be working, but totally unsupported. We can't guarantee anything.

Could be, I'd definately advise an own IRQ for the zoran-cards. Disable
USB or set it to another IRQ in your BIOS, or move the DC10 card into
another PCI slot.
