Beware, it compiles and works only with previous v4l2 API - kernel 2.4.19

I am not sure, but it was stiil older v4l2 - I suppose.
Mplayer compilation crshes just on libavcodec with 2.4.20.
Duplicated entries for time.h.
First in sources.
Second in videodev2.h.
If I try to comment:
include <linux/time.h>
then all crashes on entries in /usr/include/linux/time.h - redefined
structs.
I have got it even fo xawtv.
I think something is not standard in my glibc, but earlier I had
compilatin errors only by my own faults.
With testing gcc-3.2 I compiled even cinnelera (after many combinations
with autoconf).
I tried it on my PLD and Mandrake 9.0 - the same result.
