BTW fbtv didn't show a picture and xawtv only works in grabmode (3.80). The V4L XFree86 (4.2.1.1, Debian 4.2.1-4) module didn't work. If i start zapping with V4L modules loaded X crashs. I copied v4l2_core.c from CVS to my nvrec 20020812-9 tree (bootstrap in CVS source fails) and modified it (HAVE_V4L2) but divx4rec didn't show any V4L2 options.
