A nice addition to this page Billy, would be your G400 NTSC
framebuffer timings!

Good NTSC timings for the Matrox G400 seem to be elusive.  I have
timings that are alright, but they distort (a slight inward "wow" if
you will) the picture slightly on the top left.

Now that I have my PVR up to date with DirectFB from the CVS HEAD I
will be giving your dfbtv a try.  I am anxious to see broadcast
quality on my PVR.  :-)  I also want to look at tvtime again, but
recall the last time I looked at it my box (Athlon TB 800Mhz) was not
quite "beastly" enough to run it.
