[patch] v4l2: v4l1 compatibility helper module.

  Hi Linus,

This patch adds a small helper module.  It can translate v4l ioctls
into the new v4l2 ones.  v4l2 device drivers can use that module to
provide the old v4l API for backward compatibility.
