I don't see any tuner output lines from your dmesg output. The default
tuner for FV2K is PAL-BG (using the Newer TAPC type). You can try
overridding this with other tuner types and see if that helps.  I don't
remember what someone else (Australian?) used for their card.

AFAIK, FV2K should be much easier to debug than FV3K.
