sync/test release bttv 0.7.98 is out. This is just for terratec radio +
new pinnacle cards, i have more patches pending in my inbox ...
tda988x has some setup code taken from the pinnacle win driver, that
will be used if the module is loaded with miro_id=x (x = 1 ... 6).
Trial and error for now, don't know yet how to autodetect the correct
value.
Not much luck. Autodetection does not pick up the tda9887, so I used the
code (miro_pinnacle_gpio) from the patched version of 0.8.97.
With that, I get video only for pal=b, but sound is noise. When I set
pal=i, image is only noise, sound is a low hum. Value of miro_id does
not seem to make a difference. When miro_id is not set, there is no
sound at all.

terratec radio update stuff is merged (and partly rewritten), the other
minor card lists fixes from Gunther are merged too.
