cat /proc/pci;

Bus  0, device  10, function  0:
  Multimedia video controller: PCI device 14f1:8800 (Conexant) (rev 3).
    IRQ 5.
    Master Capable.  Latency=64.  Min Gnt=20.Max Lat=55.
    Non-prefetchable 32 bit memory at 0xe6000000 [0xe6ffffff].

The card is slightly different, so using bttv won't work.

They go fairly cheap on ebay, see eg.
http://cq-search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?cgiurl=http%3A%2F%2Fcgi.ebay.com%2Fws%2F&MfcISAPICommand=GetResult&ht=1&from=R8&SortProperty=MetaEndSort&query=tv%40nywhere

The manual is not yet publically available, but it was available on the
net in a encryptet rar file, so you might get lucky with google.
