The saa7134 tarball has a tda9887 module.  The 9886 is also controlled
via i2c, maybe just loading the tda9887 module does the trick.
Otherwise it should be easy to adopt, specs are available
(http://www.semiconductors.philips.com/pip/tda9885_tda9886_1).
