pinnacle PCTV PRO (only one channel)

I've bought the Pinnacle PCTV pro tv-card. But I can't receive any channel 
(only one which is always the same on every channel).

Accordingly Pinnacle I have a NEW pinnacle PCTV pro card which is using the
Philips SAA 7134 (tuner chip) and the 'old' Conexant CN878 chip.

I've tried many cards and all the tuners but no difference.
I've tried from kernel 2.4.19.x to 2.4.20-pre4.......... and even with the 
newest bttv drivers downloaded from the bttv-site.

Is this an unsupported new tuner chip or is there a different problem ?!?!
