Hello Steven,

I am looking for a console based mpeg player.  If anyone knows of this,
please send me the URL's.  During my searches, I can only find X-Win
solutions and would hate to re-invent the wheel.

"mplayer" is an excellent console based movie player with variousoptions for the video output. (xv, x11, fbdev, aalib, ...)
