But does capture the frame rate have to be the same as the broadcast
frame rate for perfect smoothness -- i.e. with scrolling text?  If one
captures NTSC at 25 fps what happens?  Is every 5-6th frame just
dropped (I can't imagine what else would happen)?  If so there would
be a "jerk" that would be noticable with smooth scrolling text banner.

I guess I am stuck with having to capture at 29.97 fps.
