Using buffers

Sir,
  I am using two buffers for capturing frames from a
grabber card. Here is what I use.

  capture frame 0
loop
  catpure frame 1
  sync frame 0
  use frame 0
  capture frame 0
  sync frame 1
  use frame 1
goto loop:

I am getting a speed of about 50 miloseconds per
image. It means 20 frames per second. Can any one
suggest, how to increase this speed. I am told that if
we use more buffers we can go upto 60 frames per
second.
Please tell me how?
