Personally, I would stick with a GeForce 2MX.  You won't find similar
picture quality for the same money (IMHO, of course).  I realize these
cards may not be as cheap in .ro as they are in North America, but I
believe they are the cheapest with a Linux supported TV-output that I am
aware of.
