Re: Problem xawtv and Hauppauge

Chris,
I'm new to all this, but I noticed these two lines jumped at me.

kernel: bttv0: detected: Hauppauge WinTV [card=10], PCI subsystem ID is 0070:13eb
kernel: bttv0: using: BT878(Hauppauge (bt848)) [card=2,insmod option]

what do you have in your modules.conf file ? Maybe you have it defined as
a card 2 instead of 10.

I have (loosly) similar setup, (ie 2.4.2-16, xawtv 3.65, bttv 0.7.57) but with
a Hauppauge WinTV without the radio (the model 700 ?).
