Heh, it's funny that I mention projects I see here on their mailing list :-)*

I've been working with the format a lot lately and I've been building a 
distributed interface called PyTV. It currently sucks, but I'm actively 
putting together a new API for it. In fact, I was up until 4:00 am this 
morning playing with it (and XMLTV CVS).

I just set aside a partition specifically for putting together a framebuffer 
system (yep, I'm a Matrox guy) as the beginning of such a beast.

You know, there seems to be a lot of PVR interest on this list. If anybody 
else is interested, I can host a mailing list on my mailserver specifically 
for PVR stuff, clearing up V4L a bit.
