Ooops.  I wondered when I was going to make that mistake.  I meant:

Yuppers.  That was what I meant, not bttv.

Indeed.  And needs other components like the new videoX.

If one has bttv2 installed and working (with associated components
like videodevx) can one simply replace bttv2 with bttv 0.8?
