How do I get sound working?

I have a PhoebeMicro TV Master +FM with a 2.4.13 kernel running on Red Hat 7.2. The tv video works like a charm but the sound doesn't. I have a Soundblaster Live that the wire from the card is hooked up to on the line in from the sound card. I have also tried hooking my speakers up directly to the tv tuner card and that didn't work. Some info on the card is below:

- PhoebeMicro TV Master +FM

- Conexant Fusion 878A Chipset
- PV-BT878P +FM (Rev.8E)
