A more appropriate list for this question would be xpert@xxxxxxxxxxxx  But, I 
have a loptop as well, and here is my experience.  Redhat 7.0 went on without 
even the slightest hitch.  I am now trying to get Mandrake 8.1 on it and have 
not had any problems yet, so if I were you, if possible, I would try a 
different distribution.  Chris
