Does RealProducer work with 2.4 kernel yet?

Sorry if this is off topic here but I've seen mention of people here
using RealProducer
and was wondering if there is a free version for Linux like there is for
RealServer. I could
not find one on their site. If there isn't one, how can I get live video
from my WinTV-card
to RealServer?
