Problems with v4l-conf ...

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

I have an ATI radeon all-in-one card and am running 2.4.9-ac10 and X 4.1.0
on a 1.1G anthlon with 720M RAM.

Put the

load "v4"

line in my XF86conf file as well as DRM etc. Also made the /dev/video
devices. I also modprobed the "radeon" kernel unit and the XF86conf uses the
"radeon" driver.

However, when I run v4l-conf, I get a message saying that /dev/video0
doesn't exist. Ultimately I am trying to run xawtv to watch TV under Linux
(I can watch TV under M$ W2K).

Any suggestions?

Thanx,
