I have a Win-TV Bt878 model 647/747 (box says 647, there's a label over it that says 747 video works well (what's the difference between Composite1 & Composite3 - both appear to work well) My problem is w/ audio. The usual setup is to have the audio-in go into the line-in of the win-tv card, and then the line-out of the win-tv goes into the line-in of the sound card. With this setup (above) I cannot get audio to work w/ xawtv. If I unplug the audio-in line from the wintv card, and run it directly to the line-in of the sound card, I hear the audio. xawtv is: xawtv-3.54 bttv is from kernel 2.4.7-2 looking for any suggestions/recommendations/things to try. thank you, and regards, -Greg +---------------------------------------------------------------------+ You can release software that's good, software that's inexpensive, or software that's available on time.
