Have a look at http://jStreaming.com (select jStreaming from the list). That's
an 100% Pure Java(TM) certified H.263 Video Player. jStreaming works in any
Java (also PersonalJava) enabled platform. I am planning to release a compiled
version of jStreaming for non-comercial use next year. Source code is
available through commercial licensing.
